Karan Phool Tops

A small sunflower motif, the kind our craftsmen have been setting since before I was born.

The Karan Phool is a design our family has known for generations — a small sunburst of kundan stones, set by hand by craftsmen from our village in Barahbasti. Some of them worked with my grandmother's jewellery too. This pair is small enough for every day, but it carries the same handwork as everything else we make. No shortcuts, no machine setting — just the same families doing what they've always done.

800 silver, gold-tone finish, hand-set kundan stones — no plating shortcuts. Keep it away from perfume and water, and let it rest in its pouch when it's not on you.

Heritage Story

Our craftsmen are from Barahbasti, in Uttar Pradesh — the same village our family is from. Some of them worked alongside my grandmother's jewellers. The kundan setting on this piece is done the way it's always been done there: by hand, stone by stone.

With a kurta on an ordinary day. With a full bridal look on the day that isn't.

Crafted in 800 silver with a hand-applied gold polish.

Keep away from water, perfume, lotions, hairspray and other chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Wear after applying makeup and perfume. Store separately in an airtight zip-lock bag. Do not use silver cleaning solutions, polishing dips or abrasive cleaners, and avoid excessive rubbing or friction. Pieces can be professionally re-polished if needed.
