  • International shipping (flat rate per parcel, 15–20 day delivery via India Post):

  • United Kingdom — ₹7,000
  • United States — ₹7,000
  • Canada — ₹7,000
  • Australia & New Zealand — ₹6,000
  • Singapore & Malaysia — ₹4,000

These international rates cover orders weighing up to 1kg.

Customs duty isn't charged by every country. When it is, it's collected directly by your local customs department — you'll be contacted separately after your order arrives and are responsible for paying it yourself. This applies to international orders only, not domestic orders within India.

We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind — each piece is made to order by hand. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, and Singapore & Malaysia, at a flat rate per parcel via India Post (covers orders up to 1kg). We don't currently ship outside these zones.
