Welcome to Husnaraa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of husnaraa.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us. Husnaraa is operated by Noveera Rafique, a sole proprietorship, with a registered address at Malad East, 100-C, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064, India. You can reach us at husnaraa.offical@gmail.com or +91 816 942 4293.

2. Products. All products sold on the Site are handcrafted, made to order, in 800 silver unless otherwise stated on the product page. Because each piece is handmade, small natural variations in finish, weight, or stone placement between the product photos and the piece you receive may occur — this is a feature of handcrafted work, not a defect.

3. Pricing. All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders and Payment. By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials. We do not accept Cash on Delivery; payment is required in full at the time of order.

5. Made-to-Order Production. Every piece is produced after your order is placed, which is why production takes 3-4 weeks before dispatch (see our Shipping Policy). Because production begins shortly after ordering, we generally cannot cancel or modify an order once placed — see our Refund / Replacement Policy for how we handle specific requests and damage/defect claims.

7. Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges. See our Refund / Replacement Policy. In summary: we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstance — confirmed damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims are resolved via replacement or exchange only.

8. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site — including product photography, designs, text, and the Husnaraa name and logo — is the property of Husnaraa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Husnaraa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and specifically the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory right, as a consumer, to bring a complaint before a consumer forum having jurisdiction over your place of residence under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
