Jhumkas are meant to move with you, and this one does — a gold-toned dome carrying the Karan Phool sunburst, made by the same craftsmen from Barahbasti who've worked with our family for years. We're not going to tell you how many hours it takes or how intricate the setting is. What matters is that it's made the same way it always has been, by people who know our family's jewellery.

Heritage Story

The jhumka shape has been part of our family's jewellery for as long as I can remember — worn by my mother, my grandmother, now made by Husnaraa for you. The craftsmen who make ours are from our own village, some of the same families who've always made our jewellery.

Keep away from water, perfume, lotions, hairspray and other chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Wear after applying makeup and perfume. Store separately in an airtight zip-lock bag. Do not use silver cleaning solutions, polishing dips or abrasive cleaners, and avoid excessive rubbing or friction. Pieces can be professionally re-polished if needed.
